NFT sales have climbed 24.57% to $47.14 million over the past seven days, with Ethereum retaining first place among blockchains and a $2.97 million Bitcoin transaction leading individual sales.

    Summary

    • $47.14 million in weekly NFT sales represented a 24.57% gain over the preceding seven days.
    • Buyer addresses rose 252.23% to 107,061, while transactions fell 32.35% to 507,562.
    • Ethereum led blockchain sales with $19.59 million, up 18.48% over the seven-day comparison period.
    • Bitcoin sales rose 132.05% to $8.25 million, placing the network third behind Polygon.
    • Courtyard led collections with $7.68 million, while one $8888 BRC-20 sale fetched $2.97 million.

According to data from CryptoSlam captured on Oct. 17, NFT sales reached $47,138,650 in its rolling seven-day dashboard, while seller addresses rose 192.38% to 89,117.

The tracker’s transaction count moved in the opposite direction, falling to 507,562 despite the rise in sales value and participating addresses. Buyer and seller figures count wallet addresses, which do not necessarily represent separate individuals.

Based on the dashboard’s rounded growth rate, the preceding seven-day sales total was approximately $37.84 million. The latest figure was roughly $9.30 million higher, calculated by dividing current sales by 1.2457 and subtracting the result from the current total.

The rolling comparison differs from the snapshot published a week earlier, when crypto.news recorded weekly sales of $39.85m. The Oct. 10 report listed 778,055 transactions and 30,332 buyer addresses at its reporting cutoff.

Separately, CoinGecko listed Bitcoin near $81,523 and Ethereum around $2,429 during checks on Oct. 17. Its global market chart put cryptocurrency market capitalization at approximately $2.84 trillion, down 0.87% over 24 hours. Those spot readings use a different timeframe from the seven-day NFT totals.

Ethereum leads NFT sales with $19.59 million

CryptoSlam ranked Ethereum first with $19,590,513 in sales, an 18.48% weekly gain. Buyer addresses rose 261.50% to 15,371, while the tracker separately identified $1.61 million in wash-trading volume.

Polygon posted $8,377,559 in sales, down 1.99%, while buyer addresses rose 172.77% to 27,419. CryptoSlam listed another $18.72 million as wash volume, separate from the sales figure used for its ranking.

Bitcoin followed with $8,252,706, up 132.05%, and 4,594 buyer addresses, up 269.59%. Its separately tracked wash volume was $86,406. The $2,968,838 sale from the $8888 BRC-20 category represented approximately 36% of Bitcoin’s weekly sales.

In fourth place, BNB Chain recorded $4,100,527, up 116.91%, with 4,857 buyer addresses, a 251.70% gain. Immutable ranked fifth at $2,546,683, down 5.19%, although buyer addresses rose 237.06% to 2,774.

Base completed the leading six with $1,883,050, down 7.33%, and 1,185 buyer addresses, up 276.19%. CryptoSlam separately flagged $4.80 million in Base wash volume. Combined, the six networks generated approximately $44.75 million, or 94.9% of global sales.
